Very warm and friendly staff. Thankyou especially to Rahul the Manager at the front desk who immediately resolved a small issue with my room and changed within 10 mins . Excellent service from both restaurants. Breakfast was outstanding and an amazing selection. Just wow!! Loved the pool- just wasn't able to swim on Friday and Saturday evening as they had pool parties booked, so was slightly disappointed. Other than that great stay all round

Buffet Breakfast,Lunch & Dinner was exceptional with lots of options for my family, specially for my kid who likes simple, homely food. Food quality was excellent, serving cuisines from all over India. We got to try some cuisines from Karnataka that we had never tried before and loved them. Location of the hotel was best, a quite place near a very big forest in HSR although bang in middle of all places of interest. Room cleanliness is emaculate, housekeeping takes upmost care of every little thing. I thought staying in a hotel for more than a week, with a little one will be challenging, but Hilton took greatest care to make it comfortable for our stay. Huge thanks to the F&B, housekeeping, security, front office teams!

Hospitality of all the staffs especially welcome receptionist Miss kirti, Mr. Bharat, and Mr. Syed and in restaurant section Mr. Kageshwar. Even other staffs were hospitable Their speed of attending to any of our needs be it in the room service or at the restaurant

Breakfast is always excellent. Staff are super helpful and accommodating. Special mention to the room supervisor who noticed I had ran out of moisturizing cream and provided a replacement by the time I had returned to the room that evening

Hotel was very clean. Especially the behaviour of all staffs were very nice. We celebrated new year there. Overall our stay was great. But I would like to share one thing about their food rates. I have ordered lunch from the restaurant. But it was expensive
