This was my second visit to DoubleTree, and based on the consistently high level of service and quality, I can confidently say it won’t be my last. Buffet Breakfast,Lunch & Dinner was exceptional with lots of options for my family, specially for my kid who likes simple, homely food. Food quality was excellent, serving cuisines from all over India. We got to try some cuisines from Karnataka that we had never tried before and loved them. Location of the hotel was best, a quite place near a very big forest in HSR although bang in middle of all places of interest. Room cleanliness is emaculate, housekeeping takes upmost care of every little thing. I thought staying in a hotel for more than a week, with a little one will be challenging, but Hilton took greatest care to make it comfortable for our stay. Huge thanks to the F&B, housekeeping, security, front office teams!

Hospitality of all the staffs especially welcome receptionist Miss kirti, Mr. Bharat, and Mr. Syed and in restaurant section Mr. Kageshwar. Even other staffs were hospitable Their speed of attending to any of our needs be it in the room service or at the restaurant

Hotel was very clean. Especially the behaviour of all staffs were very nice. We celebrated new year there. Overall our stay was great. But I would like to share one thing about their food rates. I have ordered lunch from the restaurant. But it was expensive

Every morning you had something new to enjoy, the types of Dosa were amazing and the staff were friendly and providing right suggestions to taste the different varieties of the food they were serving.

All the staff ( at reception, security, dinner, in room service and at the spa) are all exceptionally professional and helpful. The housekeeper - Joy is just the best! super courteous and outstanding work!

The property is clean. Kitchen staff were exceptional. We were traveling with our one year old and they made sure all of us were comfortable. The kitchenette can be better equipped, however it was very helpful while traveling with a toddler, hence we preferred this property.
